"Unspoken Notes" by Silvia Hametaj

There are emotions we never speak, only feel. Unspoken Notes was born from that quiet place, where connection happens without sound.
The two figures in this painting are not talking, yet there’s a deep exchange between them, like music that plays in the background of a moment you never forget.
The violin represents everything that’s felt but left unplayed- emotions, memories, a love that lingers in silence. I used bold colors and fragmented forms to reflect the intensity we often hide behind stillness. The fruit, the patterns, the waves, they’re all pieces of a story that’s both mine and maybe yours too.
This painting is about presence, about being seen without saying a word, and the kind of understanding that doesn’t need explanation.
