"Blue Introspection" by Silvia Hametaj

This artwork draws inspiration from the Cubist movement and is meticulously crafted using oil paints. Through this piece, I sought to express both my emotions and my personal narrative. The spiral motif alongside the dominant blue hues embodies my profound connection to the sea, a bond deeply rooted in my late father’s service in the navy.

Incorporating a piece of myself was essential, as I have a strong affinity for the color blue, which resonates deeply within me.

The centrally placed eye symbolizes the intuition inherent in all of us, often concealed and unspoken, and highlights the profound introspection necessary to engage meaningfully with this inner awareness
