When you think of elves, you have an image of airy, sunlit fluttering creatures in your mind's eye. The elf I met was so very different, but she was real - brutally real.
There was nothing magical ... but she totally fascinated me. Unfortunately, I didn't seem to be that interesting to her, because she went poof with a slightly annoyed look! and disappeared.
